Fuzio Universal Bistro began as Fuzio Restaurant in 2005. Allen Beebe, owner and founder of Calmex, Inc., bought Fuzio's seven restaurants in 2007 and in 2008 the successful entrepreneur opened the first two of seven brand new locations. Beebe's inspired leadership perfected Fuzio's original concept of exceptional food at exceptional prices.
